Come January Indian skies get colourful hosting the famous International Kite Festivals at Jaipur in the state of Rajasthan and Ahmedabad in the
state of Gujarat. As usual this year The Festival at Jaipur is organized by the Tourism Development Corporation at a local stadium on 14 Jan 2012.
The Festival at Ahmedabad will be held along the banks of Sabarmati River for four days from 9 to 12 Jan 2012.
